THE PALM GATEWAY

The complex consists of three skyscrapers, which includes 1265 luxury apartments, with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 16 duplexes. These are three separate buildings: The Palm Gateway Beach Tower, The Palm Gateway Central Tower and The Palm Gateway Tubular Tower. They include:

• many shops, restaurants,
• health clubs and fitness centers,
• swimming pools and sports fields,
• own beach club and park — a shaded landscape complex on the embankment, with barbecue areas, jogging and bike paths.

The towers are built atop the Palm Monorail station, which includes a 14-story parking complex built between 2007 and 2009. The car park has almost 4,000 spaces. On the 15th floor, that is, above the podium, there is a landscaped area with a swimming pool, sports grounds and retail space, with an area of ​​about 800 sq.m.
